AirAssert sells digital documents only. Nothing is shipped by post, and there are no shipping or delivery fees.
How you receive your order. We email your claim pack as a PDF to the email address you give at checkout.

Where we deliver. By email, to customers in any country. The documents cover flights under UK and EU passenger rights rules, as explained on our website.
If your documents don't arrive. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If they're still missing after the delivery time above, email airassertdoc@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend them the same day.
Wrong email address. If you entered an incorrect email at checkout, contact us from the right address with your order number, and we'll send your documents there.
